In 1994, she collaborated with several family members to establish their first company, PT. Mulindo Rayasejati and served as President Director. As the business developed, several companies in the field of oil palm plantation, palm oil processing and other integrated business are established. During her career, she has been a member of Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors for a long period. In addition, she also serves as Chairman of the Counselor at Yayasan Mahkota Inti which is engaged in education.

Bapindo Bumi Securities. Then in 2008, he served as Managing Director of PT. Asia Kapitalindo Securities Tbk., He also served as Director of Corporate Finance PT. Makinta Securities from 2009 to 2011, and now he is Director of Corporate Finance at PT.Eagle Capital who has experience handling various corporate transactions on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as well as being a member of Audit Committee of PT. Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk.

He is the Director and Commissioner of several subsidiaries of PT. Mahkota Group from 2002 until now. As the business developed, he established some companies with new business field and held several positions in the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors.
Indonesian, born in 1957, he is a Director at PT. Mahkota Group and its subsidiaries since 2002 until now. He acquired his Engineering degree from Universitas HKBP Nommensen Medan in 1982, Master of Management degree in 2009 and Doctorate degree in 2015 at Universitas Sumatera Utara Medan. He started his career since 1981 as a technical staff at PT. Multi Sarana Prima and continued as Project and Mill Manager for several other companies since 1982-2002. In 2002 until present, he joined PT. Mutiara Unggul Lestari as Director.

He started his career as Senior Staff at PT. Riau Andalan Pulp & Paper from 1996 - 2000, joined PT. Mutiara Unggul Lestari and PT. Intan Sejati Andalan as Office Manager from 2003 - 2010, served as HRD Manager from 2009 - 2010 and Deputy Managing Director from 2012 to 2017 in PT. Mahkota Group and Deputy Managing Director at PT. Mahkota Andalan Sawit since 2017. He currently also serves as Deputy Secretary General at APINDO North Sumatra for the period 2016 - 2021.
